Responsible leadership may be a scary concept to many since it encompasses such a wide range and exposure beyond just the interests of the shareholders as it has been traditionally done in the past. Today, I bet every single person that we are working with was at some point exposed to some level of change or transformation in their life. Some changes we found to be unpleasant or uncomfortable while others were fun, exciting, and worthwhile.
