Paul Roberts is a principal of Roberts Statistical & Consulting Services, where he offers results-oriented strategies, mentoring, and insights to optimize operations for legacy companies that are looking for 21st Century upgrades to improve profitability, increase sales growth, and future-proof systems for sustainability. Using 20-plus years of operating and management experience, Paul works with businesses to create better efficiency, synergy, and outreach while providing developmental, strategic, and executable plans of action at multiple levels for organizations desiring to maximize industry market share.

Paul is also working as the Operations and Finance Director of Kollab Youth, an award winning 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps middle and high school youth in underserved, under resourced, under invested, and underrepresented communities find their strengths, create their own brand, and start their career aspirations.
