What Kind of Leaders or Players Do You Have on Your Team?

All of us at one point in our life played sports, either as an individual and/or team contributor growing up. Those early life lessons shaped us to be better today, either as a pro athlete performer or successful executive business contributor. I am sure you have your own powerful story and golden nuggets that helped you along the way to your rise to the top. For me, it was a mix of bittersweet experiences that by looking in the “reverse side of the mirror” of accumulated events, I would not trade them for anything despite how they were painful and or challenging. Why Fortune 500 Organizations Need Change Leaders

Demand for change leadership assistance and support is a rather urgent situation for Fortune 500 companies in today’s rapidly changing business world. Why? If you haven’t noticed, many companies are going through major transformations. They often look for external assistance for quick turnarounds and focus on short–term changes while simultaneously working to grow their long-term global businesses. Today, many players, coaches, and executive leaders are facing unforeseen opportunities, as well as challenges while striving to reach their objectives. Such changes lead to team or organizational restructuring and implied rethinking of current leadership functions and best practices. You may be surprised how much you can learn, or from who you can learn, about the next “big thing”, major issue, or innovative solution during a mini vacation, as well as a business trip. But how is this applicable to you? This content is not about marketing; instead, it is about sharing relevant information […]

Would you like to know how to get from where you are to where you want to be? You are not alone! So many people today are feeling “stuck”…confronted with “impossible” obstacles…or simply paralyzed by fear.  When we experience these feelings in our personal and professional lives, many of us just don’t know what to do. Which brings us back to fear and it’s most common manifestations: fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of success, and the dreaded fear of letting someone down. True, right? This is when we get emotionally overwhelmed; that little voice inside our head that sabotages our progress on the path to greatness (to be the best we can be). As a result, we can feel […]

What Keeps Today’s CEO’s Awake At Night Might Surprise You

The question on what keeps today’s CEO’s awake at night may not be as surprising as we often think. But the answer may be a big surprise to some of us. So let us take a closer look on what indeed makes today’s CEO’s awake at night, especially from Fortune 500 companies.
